Track 2: The IBRED Apprentice Network (IAS 2.0)
- Mission: Systematize and scale the legendary Igbo Apprentice System (IAS) for a modern, pan-African context.
- Focus: Skills-based entrepreneurship in manufacturing, trade, logistics, and green technology.
- The Modernized "Idu Uno" (Settlement):
- Match & Mentor: Connect vetted apprentices (Mentees) with certified master entrepreneurs (Ogas) in a digital registry.
- Train & Certify: A structured 3–5 year curriculum blending hands-on skill acquisition with modules in digital literacy, finance, and sustainability.
- Launch & Support: At graduation, the Oga provides traditional startup capital/support, matched by an IBRED seed grant and access to the IBRED Commerce (Asaba) platform.
- 2050 Goal: Launch 100,000+ sustainable small businesses, creating a distributed web of interlinked entrepreneurs.
